We receive a significant amount of requests for assistance with feral cats found or living at private homes or business properties.
Unfortunately, there are not enough volunteers within our rescue group who are able to assist with each and every request. Due to this high demand we are asking that you contact us ONLY if you are unable to obtain a cat trap to safely trap the cat(s) and get them to the local shelter or spay/neuter clinic (s). See links on this page to these services.
Unless you trap and spay/neuter any feral cat on your property, there will be multiple litters of kittens during the warmer months. The process of TNR (Trap, Neuter, Release) includes not only trapping the feral cat(s), taking them to a clinic where they are altered, holding the cat(s) for a few days to recuperate and then re-releasing the cat(s) where they were living. Please see link for more information on this widely used process of managing cat colonies.
If you are interested in volunteering to assist in feral cat population control, please contact us.
